Werner Mueck is a freelance artist/illustrator with many interests including sci-fi/fantasy illustration, comic book/superhero illustration, and portraits. His work has appeared in books, newsletters/papers, on promotional posters, tshirts, game cards, and web graphics. Werner also teaches Community Education drawing classes on his own and through Umpqua Community College.

Werner currently draws for Filsinger Games’ Champions of the Galaxy card game. He’s drawn an uncountable amount of fan-made cards for the game as well as many official projects including all three Promoter Madness sets and the most recent CPC/POW sets. He’s also done work for CotG Online, Legends Special Editions, the cover to the GWF Files #3, Early Classics of the 70’s and 80’s, and inside illustrations for the CotG Genesis novella. He’s been a part of the Champions of the Galaxy community since around 2002.
